Author and Illustrator Bio's

Stephen R. Murphy loves to write stories; both fiction and non-fiction. He currently resides in Jackson, Michigan and teaches music at two colleges and has a successful private teaching music studio. His first true success at writing came in the form of his musical "Family" being performed in 2010 at the Don Baker Activity Center in Spring Arbor, Michigan. His most sincere desire is to get children and teens to read more books and hopes that "The Amazing Paco" will help in doing so.

He also loves Cascades Humane Society! Paco was adopted from there in April 2014 and for every sale of Paco's book, 10% will go to CHS.

Amanda Roberts is an award winning artist from Jonesville, Michigan and is currently an art major at Michigan State University.
She is also a musically trained pianist and accomplished saxophone player. She has vey fond memories of Paco and was excited to create the illustrations of Paco for the book. Being a dog lover herself, she is happy to donate 10% of every book sale to Cascades Humane Society.
